“Arctic-m” LLC. Terms of Cooperation
Conceptual aspects:
- LLC “Arctic-M” cooperates with foreign and Russian companies on the basis of the relevant laws of the Russian Federation, and also on the basis of international law (in the case of cooperation with foreign companies).
- Under cooperation we at LLC “Arctic-M”, first of all, mean honest and mutually beneficial business relations between all parties involved.
- LLC “Arctic-M” carries out business cooperation only on the basis of properly drawn up and executed contracts.
- All details of business cooperation with all partners are discussed separately and specified in specific contracts.
- LLC “Arctic-M” undertakes to fulfill all obligations assumed in a specific contract and expects the same from its partner.
- LLC “Arctic-M” conducts distribution activities, but reserves the right to other forms of business activity with respect to the products of a particular manufacturer, unless otherwise specified.
- LLC “Arctic-M” undertakes to search for channels for the promotion of the products of a particular manufacturer offered to it.
- Dealers of LLC “Arctic-M” understand that LLC “Arctic-M” is responsible to the manufacturer, whose products it represents.
- LLC “Arctic-M” expects the dealer to actively search for channels to promote the products it provides.
- All disputes between LLC “Arctic-M” and its partners are discussed from the standpoint of mutually beneficial relations on the basis of a specific contract.
- If it is impossible to resolve disputes between LLC Arctic-M and its partners through negotiations, these issues are considered in court.
- LLC “Arctic-M” is interested in the development of long-term cooperation.
